Building a Workforce System through Partnering

Never before have disruptive events, economic uncertainties, and rapidly changing demographics come together for such explosive effect on the workforce. The League for Innovation in the Community College has called on college leadership, faculty, and staff at institutions in the U.S. and Canada to address these new challenges, and to share how they are building a new workforce infrastructure through partnering.
