Successful policies for the development process will be discussed.

The E-Team StrategyJanet Berry, Florida State University This presentation provides insight into the successful development of the first online Masters Degree in Social Work offered in the United States by an accredited program. The team building strategy will be explored as an approach to providing an overall model of curriculum development and faculty support. The presentation will include a discussion of the use of innovative teaching methodology to overcome perceived barriers to online learning in the helping professions.
Study Aids: The Learner's Resource Kit BagWilliam E Frantz, PE, Cardinal Stritch University This presentation illustrates the use of "Study Aids" that can be used to support the online syllabi and other communication to foster the effective learning process in asynchronous course delivery. The Business College at Cardinal Stritch University has supported its very successful four year old e-Learning program with this concept.
